Network Services
The PONTES-Agency as a network node and central control institution of the cross-border educational network PONTES performs services for all its co-operation partners on the basis of a service catalogue confirmed by the PONTES plenary meeting as well as individual service level agreements.
These services are for example:
- Representation of Interests
The PONTES-Agency coordinates common positions and requirements between the network partners and transfers them by membership and co-operation with several working committees, expert panels, advisory boards on the local and state level of administration and policy and other co-operation partners.
- Co-operation
The PONTES-Agency coordinates co-operation between the member institutions of the PONTES network and allocates the basic structure necessary for a successful co-operation.
- Impartment of Knowledge
The PONTES-Agency transfers the knowledge to the region and sparks incentives for the development of an efficient and future-proof cross-border educational infrastructure.
- Education Marketing
The PONTES-Agency brings the offers of the regional education providers to market. Thereby it uses its knowledge attained in the period of sponsorship as well as the developed and practised marketing tools and the communication media. These include, among other things, the trilingual Euroregional education portal www.bildungsmarkt-neisse.de and the “Learning Fiesta” events (LernFESTe) , days of action etc.
- Quality Development
The PONTES-Agency develops standards of quality for regional learning opportunities and implements them in co-operation with regional education providers into praxis. These include instruments as an Euroregional seal of quality.
