PONTES-Agency

The PONTES-Agency is the structural connector between the workshops, the PONTES board of the network and the network partners.

 

The PONTES-Agency has a central function in moderating and controlling the linking processes within the PONTES network with regard to the structure and content. The job and the core competence of the PONTES-Agency is to initiate the eurorregional development in education in the sense of the promotion of lifelong learning. The PONTES-Agency is therewith the contact point and service provider for the euroregional area of education.  

 

The PONTES-Agency combines the management of the network and the development of new educational projects with a cross-sectional development and the realisation of services over and across various areas of education.

Thereby it uses the know-how and the resources of the PONTES-network partners

• to combine regional resources and competencies, establish new co-operations and the ever closer interlocking contents of subprojects and subnetworks of the network,
• to create transparency of present learning opportunities for those who ask for and want to use them (i.e. "bildungsmarkt-neisse.de"),
• for quality development of learning opportunities in view of  the need and value- orientation and the use of new teaching and learning methods,
• for development and testing new teaching and learning methods to develop competence and promote informal learning for all levels of the population (e.g. use of new media, euroregional “Learning Festivals" event (LernFESTE ect.)
