"InnoKOOP - Innovative Co-operation Network within Professional Training"
Initial situation
The regional economy, institutions for professional education but also other participants like the local administrations among others are facing profound challenges in the
Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa (ERNNN).
Those are especially marked by:
- the opening of the international economy and labour market,
- the increasingly necessary ability to a cross-border mobility and the acquirement of Euroregional competencies by employees and companies,
- changes of processes within the financing of educational work,
- the increasing influence of European developments while the local responsibility for the development of the educational sector is simultaneously growing in this region,
- the time limitations of co-operations within professional education which make a long term, cross-border co-operation difficult.
Project goals
The project InnoKOOP is the systematic continuation and further development of the education sector and cross-border network in the ERNNN. The emphasis is on professional education against the background of the above mentioned challenges.
Goals of the project are:
- the creation of long term and strategic preconditions for the implementation and institutionalisation of a cross-border, innovative co-operation model in professional education in the ERNNN through analysis and further development of existing structural models which have been tested in other regions.
- the creation of the necessary conditions for a free, international labour and economy market within a short period of time by the development of a modular learning programme to impart
Europakompetenzen/ Euregiokompetenzen in professional education by using new media as a first common offer of the co-operation network for professional education in the ERNNN.
Measures
· analysis of general conditions in - free since 2011 - cross-border economic and labour market and development of trading recommendations for organization of a cross-border vocational training in the Euroregion Neisse,

For detailed information about implementation of measures (events and documentary reports) to sensitize broad target groups to demands of the cross-border economic and labour market, please have a look here www.pontes-pontes.de.
Project “InnoKOOP” created basis to ensure sustainability of cooperation projects in the area of vocational training in Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa as the result of development of PONTES network structures.
