What is the Euroregional competence?
The cross-border economic and labour market in the Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-nysa (ERNNN) opens up numerous opportunities for people living here concerning the creation of their future life and career in the border triangle Germany-Poland-Czech Republic. To take advantage of the extended economic, social and cultural opportunities many different competences are necessary that hide behind the euroregion-specific and average-oriented term EUROREGIONAL COMPETENCE.
.
The Euroregional Competence is comprised of the sub-competences::
.
Information competence:
Knowledge about the neighbouring country or skills to acquire new knowledge about the neighbouring country
.
Neighbouring language competence:
German, Polish, Sorbian, Czech
.
Intercultural competence:
Skills, which enable to act with people from the neighbouring countries, including knowledge about your own culture
.
Professional competence:
Use of professional skills
.
Due to its historic development and its special geographical location in the border triangle Germany-Poland-Czech Republic the ERNNN represents a unique learning place, which enables a selective acquisition of Euroregional competence as (professional) key competence.
